Thank you for your interest in AC Crane & Sign Service, Inc. We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about our business, and would appreciate the opportunity to serve all of your crane rental needs. Following is a description of the equipment, as well as our rates:

2 cranes with 87' of reach and 2 tons lifting capacity - $120/hour ($360 for three-hour minimum) with operator
2 Cranes with 137' of reach and 3 tons lifting capacity - $140/hour ($420 for three-hour minimum) with operator
Crane with 160' of reach and 5 tons lifting capacity - $160/hour ($640 for four-hour minimum) with operator
Crane rental for two men (crane operator and mechanic) for any crane - add $100/hour in addition to regular hourly rate.
Stake Body Truck w/ 18' Trailer - Each rent for $105/hour with operator
Backhoe $120/hr

There is at least a three-hour minimum for all crane rentals, which includes travel time to and from the job site. As you may know, most other crane rental companies have a four or five-hour minimum. We also offer weekend availability at overtime rate of $50/hour additional charge for Saturday, and $100/hour additional charge for Sundays and Holidays. Normal operating hours are 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.

Public space parking permits are required for all jobs on main streets in the District of Columbia. Projects without permits will be assessed $50 for our liability and exposure.

Cancellation policy: a FOUR HOUR advance notice of cancellations must be received or else a TWO HOUR minimum charge will be imposed.

All lifting and rigging equipment, as well as two-way headsets for easy communication between the crane operator and mechanic are also supplied on the job. We also offer pick-up of materials, such as A/C units, signage, roof trusses, etc., and delivery of these materials to the job site. We will also remove and haul away old A/C units for $75 per truckload.
